MOS JupyterHub#

JupyterHub is a multi-user interactive computing environment accessible from a web browser.

The following resources are available on MOS JupyterHub:

  • GFINDER (CLI, Python API, application data)

  • SPICE Kernels

  • SPICE Utility Programs

  • Moon Coverage Python API

Use the JupyterLab interface to navigate in your home directory, open text files, Jupyter Notebooks, or terminal sessions.

Content of your home directory#

  • data/: your GFINDER data directory, primarily containing your opportunity data (in opportunities subdirectory), and optionally your own definition data.

  • notebooks/: your Jupyter Notebooks.

  • gfinder-data/ [READ-ONLY]: link to the GFINDER application data directory, primarily containing shared definition data (ODF files, mission scenarios and events, ROIs).

  • gfinder-notebooks/ [READ-ONLY]: link to the GFINDER Python Notebooks.

  • spice_kernels/ [READ-ONLY]: link to the ESA’s JUICE SPICE Kernels Dataset (SKD) directory.

  • shared_folder/: a handy folder for you to share files with other users on MOS JH.
